10-Day Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a No Questions Asked Refund & Exchange Policy for all items including sale items except custom size order. T&C apply.
You have 10 days from receiving your order to apply for an exchange or return and dispatch the parcel from your end.
How to Send an Exchange/Return
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Print & fill out the form (PDF link is provided)
- Ship or deliver the parcel to our warehouse/office address within 10 days of receiving your order.
(Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.)
Exchange Process
Once your item is received and approved by our inspection team, your exchange will be dispatched.
Exchange depends on size/product availability.
Return Process
After approval by our inspection team, your refund will be issued via bank transfer within 5 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
- Accessories/Jewelry: 48-hour exchange/return policy applies.
- Fragrances: Not exchangeable or returnable once the seal is broken.
- Sale Items: PKR 200 delivery fee applies on exchange parcels.
- For exchanges:
- If there is a positive price difference, it will be charged as COD.
- If there is a negative price difference, store credit will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for sending the parcel to the warehouse address mentioned in the form.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order details) is required for all returns.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 working days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims made after 2 working days will not be accepted.
