Do you offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan. Orders are delivered within 3–6 working days.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free on orders above PKR 5,000.
For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat fee of PKR 200 applies.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for orders up to PKR 24,999.
For higher amounts, please use a prepaid payment option.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery charges depend on your country and parcel weight.
International orders must be paid in advance, including shipping costs.

What is your Exchange & Return policy?

We offer a 10-day No Questions Asked Exchange & Return Policy for all products except custom-size orders. Sale items can also be exchanged or returned under this policy.

How do I apply for an exchange or return?

You must:
• Pack the item in original packaging
• Ensure the item is unworn and unused
• Fill out the provided form (PDF link)
• Send the parcel to our warehouse address within 10 days

Shipping charges for sending the parcel back are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns on jewelry or fragrances?

• Jewelry: 48-hour exchange/return applies

• Fragrances: Not exchangeable or returnable once the seal is broken

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
